The Free plan includes 1 channel; upgrade to a paid plan for unlimited. TikTok and KakaoTalk are in preparation.
Credits are the usage unit for AI replies. When AI answers one customer inquiry (same channel, within 24 hours), one conversation is deducted — no matter how many messages they split it into. That keeps it predictable as "N inquiries." Email reminders are always free.
Move up to a higher plan for more included credits. Busy months fit a tier up, and you can move back down anytime. Included credits reset each cycle.
No. Bookings are a separate axis from credits. Paid plans add just $0.10 per extra booking on your next invoice (same across plans); the Free plan stops at its limit and we suggest upgrading.
No extra Orosy fee. Customer payments run through a third-party payment provider and are settled to you without passing through Orosy; only that provider’s processing fee applies. Orosy never holds or processes money.
